All Apimist products have a shelf life of 12 months except for the pure fresh Royal Jelly which must be kept in a refrigerator and has a life of 6 months.What form do your products come in?

Do you ship to the USA?
No, due to stringent import regulations we are unable to ship to the US at this time.
What about the rest of Europe?
Yes, we do ship throughout Europe. You can order in pounds sterling, or Euros.
Are your postage rates the same to the Scottish Highlands & Islands?
Yes, we use Royal Mail to ship our goods. Therefore shipping costs are the same for any point within the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands.
Do you offer any guarantee?
Yes, if you change your mind you may return any unopened products within 14days of purchase, for a full refund. Please note that we are not able to offer this for Fresh Royal Jelly because of its perishable nature.
Are your products for internal or external use?
Our main products, such as Apimist, Apimist Plus, Pure Royal Jelly, and Propolis capsules, Propolis tincture and bee Pollen, or are for internal use.Royal Jelly and Propolis creams are designed for external use.
Do you offer BVT (bee venom therapy)?
No, as this is a highly specialist treatment, which can only be done face-to-face. Our operation focuses on nutritional products, which we ship World Wide.Where are you based?
We are based in Sustead, in beautiful North Norfolk which is around eight miles (12 kilometers) north west of Norwich, England. Norwich is in the East Anglian region of the country, around three hours drive north of London.Who owns Apitherapy?

We will monitor the quality of our products at all times but because we are dealing with natural products there is a continual variation - spring honey is quite different in texture from Autumn honey. The same applies to both pollen and propolis so you may find a variation in texture, but the quality will always be consistent.
