What is Propolis?
Propolis (also known as bee-Propolis) is a resinous substance collected from the buds of some trees and flowers by bees to repair damage to their hives, and to protect the hive from disease.

Where does the word Propolis come from?
The word translates from Greek as Defender of the city. 'Pro' as in before and 'Polis' as city.

How long will a bag last; how much should I take?
Take ten drops three times a day.  One 60ml bottle will serve you for one month.  You can also apply propolis externally but always be sure to do a skin patch test and be careful as it does stain clothing.
